Q: How do I sign up for Five Star CU eStatements?
A: You can sign up online by going to our Web site at
www.fivestarcu.com.
Log in to Account Access. Select the eStatement link. Switch your enrollment option to eStatements.
This will take you to the Electronic Delivery Disclosure Agreement. After reading this agreement,
click the Agree button. That's it!
Q: How do I log on?
A: Go to our Web site at www.fivestarcu.com.
Log in to Account Access. Select the eStatement link. This logs you on to the system and takes you
to your currently available statements.
Q: How do I use eStatements?
A: Once you log on to the system, you can navigate through your statements by simply clicking on one of
the statements available. Note: Statements may not be available electronically until the next statement
cycle.
Q: Will I receive notification when my statement is available?
A: Yes. You will receive an e-mail to notify you that your statement is ready to view online.
Q: Will my electronic statements look the same as my regular printed statements?
A: Your electronic statements will look very similar to your printed statements and will contain all the
information that you previously received by mail.
Q: How can I review statements for previous months?
A: You can select from any of the statements reflected on the screen.

Q: How will I receive the inserts that came with my printed statements?
A: You will have access to the electronic copy of all material that would normally be inserted into your
paper statement.
Q: How do I view the disclosure information for a particular month's statement?
A: To view the disclosure information, simply click on the Disclosures icon at the top of the page.
Q: Whom do I contact about statement discrepancies?
A: To resolve possible statement discrepancies, contact us via telephone at
1-888-619-1711 option 3, come into the branch,
or click on the Disclosures link at the top of your screen and see the "Account Reconcilliation" form for
more information.
Q: Can I view the Newsletter online?
A: The Five Star CU newsletter can be accessed by clicking on the "Newsletter" link at the top of the page.
Q: How can I make a change so that my statements will be mailed to me?
A: Select the Delivery Options link at the left of your screen. Select the option for "U.S. Mail" and
then click the Submit Changes button.

Q: What are the minimum recommended system requirements for eStatements?
A: Any system that has Internet Web access meets the minimum requirements for Five Star
CU eStatements.
Q: What are the suggested Web browser settings for eStatements?
A: For ideal viewing, we recommend that you set your monitor resolution at 1024 x 768 (or higher) and
default font size to "small". However, minimum resolutions of 800x600 work just fine.
Q: What Web browsers can I use to access eStatements?
A: For maximum performance, we recommend that you use any browser that supports HTML Version 4.0 or
higher, such as: Netscape Navigator 4.0 or higher, Microsoft® Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher,
FireFox, or Opera.
