How a Five Star "Cookie" protects your privacy!

A small file stored on your PC called a "cookie"  Is loaded when you request access to your account. It establishes a secure connect "SSL" 128 bit encryption with you.  This allows you to transmit your username and password to our internet banking web server.  This is called a secure session.  This cookie is temporary.

Once our web server verifies your password, your account information is sent to you using a 3DES encryption process.  This is the same encryption process that ATMs and our military uses.

You are provided the top security available for banking online, by using our products.

Do report errors, problems or complaints promptly.
Do keep virus protection software up-to-date. Back-up key files regularly.
Do exit the banking site immediately after completing your banking.

Don't disclose personal information such as credit card and Social Security numbers unless you know whom you are dealing with, why they want this information and how they plan to use it.
Don't download files sent by strangers or click on hyperlinks from people or sites you don't know. Sometimes doing this can infect your computer with viruses that can damage hardware or software.
