Five Star Credit Union's website has helpful financial information, news, and links to assist with all of your financial needs.

Also available are great online services that offer convenience and savings. Visit a branch or call a Member Service Representative at 888.619.1711 (option five) for a PIN or password; which is required to access these services. If you are unable to do either during branch hours, email or send a letter and we will respond as quickly as possible. Our email and mail address can be found under the "Contact Us" tab. 



Whether you call it online banking, home banking, or electronic account access, Five Star’s website allows you to check your Five Star accounts 24/7. You may check your account balances, transfer funds, make loan payments, print copies of cancelled checks, and much more. You can apply for a loan online with us under the "Loans" tab.

Click on “login” at upper left side of any page for account access. If you are unable to access your account, visit a local branch or call member services at 888.619.1711 (option five) during business hours to activate your online account. If you are unable to call or visit us during business hours, you can email or send via U.S. mail. We'll handle it and respond as quickly as possible. Click on "Contact Us" at the far right on the navigation bar above.


We also offer free mobile banking. You can access your Five Star account on your smartphones. Click here for more information about our mobile banking. 


If you don't have access to a computer, PhoneLink is an automated system that allows access to your Five Star accounts by phone 24 hours a day; every day of the year. You can obtain information about account balances, deposits, checks that have cleared, and interest paid. You can transfer money from one account to another and even request a withdrawal (a check will be mailed to you). Call or visit a Member Service Representative for PIN number to access your account or use your ATM PIN, if you prefer.

Registration Questions

1. How do I register for online banking?
If you have a Five Star Credit Union statement account, you can apply for online banking by calling 888.619.1711 (option five) or visiting your local branch. It's that easy!


This is a quick and easy way to pay most of your monthly bills such as utility payments, telephone bills, etc. No need to write checks, buy stamps, or stand in line. Paying your bills can be done at your convenience.

If you are already a registered Home Banking user, log in to your Home Banking account and select the "Bill Payment" tab. Click on "iPay" to register for our free online Bill Payment system called "i-Pay." To use "i-Pay," your pop-up blocker may need to be disabled or have an exception added to allow the site to open (i.e. click on "Temporarily (or) always allow pop-ups to open on this website").

On the initial login, you may also be prompted to set security “challenge” questions and “Security Key.” Please note that the security key is not the same as a PIN or password and should not be used to log in, it is rather a unique identifier that you will see each time you log in so you know the site is authentic.

Get your monthly statement faster, plus it's better for the environment. The e-statement looks exactly like the mailed version and you get an email telling you it is available.

To activate your e-statement, log in to your online account (click account log in at upper left of page) and move mouse to "account history." Then click to "activate e-statements" by following the instructions. If you do not have on-line account access, visit a branch or call 888.619.1711 (option five) to request access (or email or U.S. mail us a request).


Get the convenience of applying for some types of loans right from your computer. After the online application is received, you will receive an email with the status of your request. There is more information on online applications under the "Loans" tab.
