Five Star's web site is loaded with helpful financial information, news and links to assist you with all of your financial needs.
Also available are some great on-line services that offer you convenience and savings. Visit a branch or call a Member Service Representative at 888-619-1711 (Option 3) for a PIN or password, which is required to access these services. If you are unable to do either during our open hours, email us or drop us a line by U.S. mail and we will respond the same way and help you. FREE INTERNET HOME BANKING
Whether you call it online banking, home banking or electronic account access, Five Star’s web site allows you to check your Five Star accounts 24-hours-a-day/7-days-a-week. You may check your account balances, transfer funds, make loan payments, print copies of cancelled checks and more. You can even apply for a loan online with us (see "Loans" for more details)
Click on “login” at upper left side of any page for account access. If you are unable to access your account please visit a local branch or call member services at 888-619-1711 (Option 3) during business hours so they can activate your online account. If you are unable to call or visit us during working hours you can email us or send us a note in the regular U.S. mail. We'll handle it and respond back to you quickly. We also offer free Mobile Banking. Your can access FSCU and your account on your smart phones. Click here for more information about our mobile banking.
Don't have access to a computer? PhoneLink is an automated system that allows you to access your FSCU accounts by phone 24 hours a day, every day of the year. You can obtain information about account balances, deposits, checks cleared and interest paid. You can transfer money from one account to another and even request a withdrawal (a check will be mailed to you). Call or visit a member service representative for PIN number to access your account or use your ATM PIN if you prefer.

To make banking online even easier, we have prepared answers to some frequently asked questions.
1. What should I do if I forget my online banking personal identification number (PIN) or password?
We will have to reset your Online Banking PIN or assign a new or temporary password. You can request this by calling 334-793-7714 (Option 3) or 888-619-1711 (Option 3) or by visiting one of our offices.
2. Are my online banking transactions secure?
Yes. Online Banking uses 128-bit SSL encryption to ensure that all transactions are secure.
3. Which accounts can I access with online banking?
You can view any Five Star Credit Union checking, savings, loan or mortgage account on which you are the primary account holder. Through Online Banking you can make transfers to, or from, your Five Star Credit Union checking or savings accounts. You can also transfer payments from these accounts to your Five Star Credit Union loan or mortgage accounts. If you have a Five Star Credit Union certificate account or IRA account you can view the account, but cannot make transfers from the account.
1. How do I register for online banking?
If you have a Five Star Credit Union statement account, you can apply for Online Banking by calling at 888-619-1711 (Option 3) or visiting your local branch. It's that easy!
Is a quick and easy way to pay most of your monthly bills such as utility payments, telephone bills, etc. No need to write checks, buy stamps or stand in line. Paying your bills can all be done from the convenience of your computer.
If you are already a Registered Home Banking user, log in to your Home Banking account and Select the Bill Payment Tab. Click on "iPay" to register for our FREE Online Bill Payment system called "i-Pay". To use i-Pay your pop up blocker may need to be disabled or have an exception added to allow the site to open (i.e. click on "Temporarily (or) Always allow pop-ups to open on this website").
On the initial login you may also be prompted to set security “challenge” questions and “Security Key”. Please note that the security key is not the same as a PIN or password and should not be used to log in with, it is rather a unique identifier that you will see each time you log in so you know the site is authentic.

Gets your monthly statement to you faster and is better for the environment. The e-statement looks exactly like the alternative mailed version and you get an email telling you it is available within hours of the month ending.
To activate your e-statement, go into your online account (click account log in at upper left of page) and move mouse to "account history" and then to "activate e-statements" and follow instructions from that point. If you do not have on-line account access please visit a branch or call us at 888-619-1711 (Option 3) and request access (or email or U.S. mail us a request).
Gives you the convenience of applying for some types of loans from your computer. After the online application is received, you will be emailed with the status of your request. There is more information on on-line applications under "Loans"
