Update 5/26/20

Five Star branch lobbies are now open regular business hours. Six-foot social distancing will be enforced. There are yellow decals on the floor to help you as you go through the lobby. We ask that you be respectful of our staff and members during social distancing. The line may take a minute or two longer, but we’re doing our best to get each transaction processed as quickly as possible.

These branches remain drive-thru only. Mitchell county continues to have a high number of COVID-19 cases.

  • Camilla
  • Cedar Springs

They are open regular business hours.

Here are multiple ways to electronically access your account.

  • Mobile App
  • Online Banking
  • Phonelink - 800.995.7827
  • ITMs at our 231 South, Murphy Mill, and Blakely locations

We will send updates through email, our mobile app, our website, and Facebook as needed.

Stimulus Checks

The Department of Treasury is sending stimulus funds out weekly. There is no need to call us regarding a possible pending deposit, it will post to your account when we get the funds. If you feel you should be getting a stimulus deposit and did not, Five Star does not control this. Check with the federal government’s website.  The Department of Treasury is sending out paper checks intermittently to those that do not have a direct deposit on file with them.

If you have any questions, contact membercarecenter@fivestarcu.com.

If you get a paper check, you can deposit the check through the mobile app, an ITM, or through the drive-thru.

COVID-19 scams

If you receive calls, emails, or other communications claiming to be from the Treasury Department and offering COVID-19 related grants or stimulus payments in exchange for personal financial information, or an advance fee, or charge of any kind, including the purchase of gift cards, please do not respond.  These are scams.  Please contact the FBI at www.ic3.gov so that the scammers can be tracked and stopped.
