Staying on top of your accounts has never been easier. Five Star has a number of ways for members to access their accounts outside of the traditional stopping by a branch method. Five Star members can use online banking, phone banking, text banking, and the mobile app.
By utilizing online banking through the Five Star website, you can keep up-to-date on your balance, pay bills, transfer money between accounts, and enroll in e-statements. The phone banking allows for many of the same features as online banking, but just through your phone’s keypad. Download the Five Star mobile app from your device’s app store. Use the login information from your online banking and you have your account at your fingertips. The Five Star mobile app allows for transferring funds, paying bills, and tools to see how you are spending your money.
Text banking is a great way to stay on top of your balance. Once you set up text banking, text “B” to Five Star and you will receive your balance. This helps to stay on top of your balance as well as help when you pay bills and purchase items in between pay checks.
