You don't need to do anything today. Continue using your current accounts, debit card, checks and banking channels as usual.
We’ll keep you informed throughout the transition and provide advance notice before any changes require action from you. You’ll also continue to see the familiar faces you know and trust in Jackson, now as part of the Five Star team.

Do I need to do anything today?
No. Continue banking as you normally do. We’ll let you know in advance if any action is needed.
Can I still access JAFCU online banking?
Continue using your existing Jackson Area online and mobile banking services for through November1, 2026. We will provide instructions before your accounts transition to Five Star’s digital banking platform.
Can I continue using my current debit card and checks?
Keep using your current debit card as usual until you receive additional information from Five Star.
Continue using your existing checks unless we notify you otherwise. When you reorder, you will want to change it to Five Star Routing & Account Number.
Will my direct deposit and automatic payments continue?
Your existing direct deposits will continue during the transition. Any new direct deposit will need your new routing and account numbers, provided by Five Star.
Will the Jackson location remain open?
Yes. The Jackson location will continue serving members as part of Five Star Credit Union.
