Can I refinance my existing manufactured home loan?

What is the difference between a manufactured home and a modular home?
Manufactured homes are built on a steel frame with wheels. They can be towed to a site and may or may not be placed on a permanent foundation later.
Modular Homes are set permanently on a crawlspace, basement or slab foundation. They cannot be moved once assembled.
Does Five Star finance modular homes?
