"Take a picture of your check" deposit by your Smartphone (also called "Mobile Deposit") is now part of our mobile banking app and is available at itunes (Apple store) or GooglePlay (Android) or thru the usual way you update your apps if you already have our mobile banking. We know you will find it an easy and convenient way to deposit checks with FSCU without having to come to the branch.

Did You Know...?
When businesses like Home Depot, Target, TJ Maxx and others have data breaches and the debit or credit card information of their customers is accessed by hackers, it can sometimes affect some of our members who may have been customers at those stores. These hacks obtain information on the retailer’s systems, not on FSCU’s systems.
We want to assure you that FSCU has very sophisticated fraud protection safeguards that monitor any suspicious activity on all our members' FSCU debit or credit cards and we will contact you if such activity is discovered. Be aware of scams that ask you for your card information on your phone or email however. We will NOT ask you for card or account information if we contact you. We already know those things.
We also have very strict internal safeguards to protect our internal member data.
However, you can never be too safe or too careful, so we urge our members to always be vigilant and check your debit and credit card statements each month to be sure no unusual charges occur.
To be clear - FSCU has been and remains a safe and secure place for all your financial transactions.
------------------------------- Effective May 1 our required minimum deposit (and daily average balance) for Money Market accounts will be $2,000 (up from $1,500). FSCU has other lower requirement savings options with attractive rates. Call us for more information.
--------------------- Among their hundreds of calls taken each day from members, our Member Care Center gets about a dozen calls a day from members wanting:
1) Our routing # which is 261272046 which is used for setting up direct deposits or ordering new checks. This number can also be found at the bottom of your checks next to your account number.
2) A phone # to call to activate a debit card or to set or change your debit/ATM card PIN - Call 866-985-2273.
--------------------------- ONGOING SCAM ALERT: Once again, many people in the U.S. (including some FSCU members) are receiving phone calls or texts saying their debit cards have been de-activated and to call a # given or "press a button on their phone" which leads to asking for more information the callers need to steal from you. This is an attempted SCAM and is not from us.
NEVER give out your debit or credit card information to anyone on the phone or online unless you initiate the call and ARE SURE you know who you are dealing with.
